Teaching in Class Ma’am Josephine’s teaching style is highly interactive, patient, firm, and attentive toward her students. Some key aspects I observed in her classroom teaching include: Using a combination of  lecture and hands-on activities , ensuring that students are not just passive listeners but active participants in the learning process. Encouraging students to  ask questions and express their opinions  by providing thought-provoking questions. Giving  immediate feedback , praising students for correct answers and guiding those who need extra help. During my SEA Teacher program at Tapaz Central Elementary School (TCES), I had the opportunity to observe and collaborate with Ma’am Josephine F. Gardose, who served as both the class adviser and my cooperating teacher for Grade 2 SSES. From my observations, she is an experienced educator with effective teaching methods and a deep sense of care for her students. Below are my insights into her teaching approach and how she guides her students.     Planning for Teaching Ma’am Josephine systematically plans her lessons based on the Philippine National K-12 Curriculum.
