  Outcomes of Practicum This program allowed me to achieve several milestones: Enhanced teaching skills:  I learned to use various interactive teaching strategies, including visual aids and educational games. Adaptation to a foreign education system:  I gained a better understanding of how the Philippine curriculum is implemented and how its teaching approaches differ from those in Indonesia. Improved communication skills:  Engaging with students and teachers in English helped me become more confident in speaking and teaching in a foreign language. Experience in a multicultural environment:  I adapted to the school culture in the Philippines and interacted with students and teachers from diverse backgrounds. Purposes of Practicum The SEA Teacher Program aims to provide cross-border teaching experiences for education students across Southeast Asia. Through this program, participants gain a deeper understanding of different educational systems, develop pedagogical skills, and improve their communication and adaptability. The benefits I gained from this program include: A deeper understanding of the Philippine education system, particularly at Tapaz Central Elementary School.
