    Teachers observe students' participation during lessons and ask direct questions to assess their understanding.

  • Practical Demonstrations
    Students are encouraged to come to the front and answer questions or demonstrate their knowledge.

During my SEA Teacher program at Tapaz Central Elementary School (TCES), I observed various pedagogical methods and approaches used in the learning process. Here are some key aspects I learned about teaching methods, innovations in learning, resources, and assessment systems at the school. Teaching Methods At TCES, teachers use a variety of teaching methods to cater to students' needs, especially in the Grade 2 SSES class where I taught. During my participation in the SEA Teacher Batch 10 program in the Philippines, I had the opportunity to teach at Tapaz Central Elementary School (TCES). With my background in Mathematics education, I taught the subject with the topic "Measuring Time" to second-grade students at TCES. School Profile Tapaz Central Elementary School (TCES) is a primary school with hundreds of students from grades 1 to 6.
